Step 1: Please first check the holiday apartment occupancy calendar shown above to find out which times are suitable for you. The occupancy rates shown are real-time values and show the occupancy rate at that moment. Using the information from our price structure, you can estimate the price differences between the seasons. Decide which times are ok for you.

 

Step 2: Click on either "Enquiry" or "Booking" to carry out a price check, enquiry or booking. Then enter the details for your stay directly at the top of the form that pops up (period, number of adults, number of children). The system will then automatically calculate the prices applicable to this stay and calculate the total price. You cannot change the optional additional services listed in the form below. However, these are only the tourist tax, which is not part of our service (for details see "Price scheme/seasonal periods") and the costs for a dog, if you would like to take it with you on holiday with us.  This is possible and you must indicate this in the comments field when making the actual booking. We will then add the dog to the invoice based on the stated price per night x number of nights.

Our total price is always exclusive of tourist tax. 

Note: It is not necessary to enter your personal details for the price calculation.

 

Step 3: Decide whether you like our offer or change it according to your wishes. If everything fits, fill in your personal details and accept our terms and conditions and data protection. If required, don't forget to enter your dog under comments. Then send the form by clicking on "Send" at the bottom right. We will get back to you within one day.

The booking itself will be confirmed with our invoice, which you will receive by email.

 

Our general terms and conditions apply, including details of payment and cancellation conditions. Payment conditions are generally 20% deposit within 7 days of booking and final payment including tourist tax up to 28 days before arrival.

 

As a rule, direct online booking via our homepage is the most cost-effective way for you to spend your holiday with us, as we pass on some of the portal commissions saved to you.
