The holiday apartment is furnished as a loft with an open roof structure over 1 1/2 floors in a modern Bavarian style. The feeling of space is correspondingly generous. Here you will find a large tavern table with benches and chairs, 1 sofa with 2 armchairs, 1 pine cabinet, LCD TV 55", radio etc. & of course WLAN/Wifi is included. We are happy to provide 1 baby bed and 1 high chair free of charge upon prior notice The heating takes place via underfloor central heating and can be individually regulated by you in each room using thermostats. 
Booking the holiday apartment also includes a free initial supply of bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, aluminum foil, plastic bags, cleaning products etc. and toilet paper. The cleaning is carried out before you move in according to common hygiene standards and is in accordance with valid Corona regulations. 
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The second, smaller bedroom is an open gallery above the kitchen and can be reached via a short ladder. It is equipped with a bunk bed, whereby both beds are 80cm wide and the lower bed is 190cm long and the upper one is 155cm long. Your children will find the design optimal and feel very comfortable. It is also very comfortable for a single adult. 
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, pots, pans, etc. and dishes for 4-6 people). If necessary, you can easily provide your own food.
In the bathroom you will find a sink, shower and toilet with practical, modern equipment including a hairdryer.
The apartment has a balcony equipped with a table and chairs. A spacious communal terrace (35sqm) with seating for 6 people down on the garage roof invites you to grill (Weber gas grill) with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Barbecue cutlery can be found downstairs in the garden shed and crockery/grilled food can be transported from the holiday apartment to the terrace using a basket provided.
The apartment is generally reserved for non-smokers within the apartment; However, as a smoker you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or outdoors; Ashtrays are available here.
Dogs welcome. We will give your dog a dog blanket that you are welcome to take with you. Dog bowls are also available.
Parking space for your bicycles, skis, strollers, etc. down in the hallway. A free car parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the house.
